QUINOA TABOULE
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup of chopped mint
- 5 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Chopped tomato
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 1 cup of cooked Quinoa or Couscous
- 1/2 tbs of salt, or more to taste
1. Mix the entire ingredient together except for the quinoa, lemon and the oil.
2. When everything is properly mixed add the Quinoa or Couscous the fresh lemon juice and the olive oil.
3. Rectify according to the taste.
4. I usually use the taboule in my salad or simply enjoy it like that.
Chopped and prepared all the ingredients.
Cook the Quinoa or couscous accordantly to the box.
You can use cilantro instead of parsley
