Finding Inner Peace: How EFT Helped Me Release Emotional Baggage and Cultivate Well-being.

As a longtime seeker of inner peace and well-being, I’ve tried a wide variety of healing modalities over the years. But none have had quite the transformative impact on my life as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping. In this post, I’d like to share my journey with EFT and how it’s helped me to tap into my inner resources, overcome limiting beliefs and patterns, and cultivate greater emotional resilience and well-being.

What is EFT?

EFT is a holistic healing technique that combines acupressure with cognitive and exposure therapies. By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a specific issue or emotion, EFT helps to release blocked energy and restore the body’s natural balance. Developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s, EFT has since been used by millions of people worldwide to address a wide range of physical, emotional, and psychological issues.

When I first heard about EFT, I was skeptical. How could tapping on my body really helps me to feel better? But after trying it out for myself, I quickly realized that EFT was much more than just a “woo-woo” technique. It was a powerful tool for emotional healing and personal growth.

During my journey with EFT, I experienced the powerful benefits of tapping. It helped me to tap into different layers of emotions and beliefs that were stored in my subconscious mind. By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a specific issue or emotion, I was able to access and release these stored emotions and beliefs, which allowed me to feel more freedom and peace within myself. EFT helped me to rewire negative thought patterns and beliefs, and replace them with more positive and empowering ones. This has been especially helpful for me in breaking free from old limiting beliefs and habits that were holding me back from living my fullest potential.

As an EFT practitioner, I have also witnessed firsthand how tapping has helped my clients during sessions with their fear and limiting beliefs. By guiding them through the process of tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on their emotional distress, I have seen clients experience significant shifts in their emotional state and even physical symptoms. In addition, EFT has also helped me during my breast implant illness while waiting for surgery. Tapping helped me to reduce the physical and emotional symptoms that I was experiencing, such as pain, anxiety, and fear. It provided me with a sense of calmness and inner peace during a challenging time and helped me to trust the process and stay grounded in the present moment.
